CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Syd Skin Studio, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in: * First offense: 50% of the scheduled service total charged * Second offense: 100% of the scheduled service total charged before being allowed to rebook * A card on file required for future bookings * Possible restriction of future booking availability for repeated cancellations Repeated last-minute cancellations greatly impact scheduling and prevent other clients from booking available appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting my small business. ⸻ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without any communication (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. After a no-show: * Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit * Online booking privileges may be removed * Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments A grace period of 10–15 minutes may be allowed depending on the schedule that day. Arriving significantly late may require shortening or rescheduling your service to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments.
